Why has my home page changed within my Internet browser?
Your browser most likely has been hijacked by a spyware or adware infection program created by marketing & advertisement
companies or criminals set to constantly remind you of who they are and what products they may be selling.  Some programs
can spy on your activities and even record your keystrokes for criminal behavior. It is important to have the right protection
software to rid of these such infectious programs and prevent them from returning.

Should I turn off my computer system during long periods of inactivity? Will it hurt my system otherwise?
The truth is, most computer systems are built to run. In most cases, it is safe to leave your computer running for normal periods
of inactivity but if you can predict an unreasonable amount of inactivity (say for more then 48 hours), then it is suggested  that you
shut down your system to prevent normal wear and tear or dust build up. For situations where a high speed connection is
present, you should always power down your modem during any periods of inactivity for a higher lever of security protection.

How often should I have my computer system cleaned?
It is important to have your system cleaned every 8-12 months all depending on Internet use to preserve the overall system
performance, and reclaim hard drive space that may be taken up by unused programs, temp files, temporary Internet files,
cookies, history, junk files, etc.

When should I upgrade my computer system?
Often at times, we can find our computer systems lagging while processing programs or experience slow downs while moving
in between software application windows. Sometimes newer software programs have higher specification requirements than
your current specifications can handle.  These are all signs that point to upgrading your system.
